KCH AWARDS NIGHT
This Friday, 11th April in Pembroke Hotel, Patrick St, Check-in 7.30pm - All Perpetual Awards should be returned to KCH Club Room by 6.30pm on Thursday 10th.
REGISTRATIONS FOR THE NEW TERM
Fee is €30 one child, €50 for two, €70 for three or more.
For juvenile athletes registering for the first time in 2014 there is an additional fee of €12 for affiliation and insurance with Athletics Ireland.

SUNDAY RUN - CALLING ALL MEMBERS, JUNIOR, SENIOR, MASTERS, MALE AND FEMALE - KCH, F4L, TRI - to The Castle Park on Sunday morning at 9.30am - any Sunday you are not involved in competition make the Sunday Run an important part of your training and social schedule.
HELP: More Volunteers needed - especially for ONE HOUR on Tuesday nights- no experience required. Coach training will be provided if needed. Contact any club coach or committee member.
