Fit for life  TRAINING has commenced for  January - June 2012 season. Registration fee is €50. If you have not already re-registered please write name and mobile number on envelope containg fee  and place in box at reception in Watershed or register with club committee. 
A waiting list for Sept 2012 will be compiled by Niamh Carroll 087-2654985.

CHRISTMAS MORNING RUN Thanks to all  who took part and made donations to support  the Kilkenny St Vincent dePaul  Society. €940 raised.
