JOANNE CUDDIHY HAS ACHIEVED THE OLYMPIC A STANDARD IN THE 400M FOR LONDON

FIT4LIFE FOR YOUTH  A new pilot programme for 13 to 19 year olds. Train twice weekly - Wednesdays 6-7pm at The Watershed and Saturdays 11am - 12 Noon in The Castle Park. The programme starts on Wed 18th April. So get to it all ye young people.
