Welcome to the website of Kilkenny City Harriers Athletics Club. Founded in 1953, the 'Harriers' is one of the longest established athletics clubs in Ireland with a proud history and tradition of achievement and participation.
Entries for Leinster and National Events should be with May Hutt, Competition Secretary, well in advance of competition dates.

LOST PROPERTY - It seems the recession is over - wellies, spikes, hoodie left at KCH area in Castlecomer is still unclaimed. Please don't leave"stuff" behind including rubbish, especially.

NEW MEMBERS - Intending members should download and complete "Application for Annual Membership" form (on "About" Page) and give completed form to a committee member or to a club coach at club training time. Forms also available at training on Tuesdays. Note:- a waiting list is in operation for under 8's, 9's, 10's and 11's. If places become available preference will be given to those on the list in date order. KILKENNY PARKRUN - Register with KILKENNY PARKRUN and join the action in The Castle Park every Saturday morning at 9.30am for a 5K workout- It's free, You get your time, you make friends, you can do it in Dublin, Belfast, Central Park, New York etc. Just do it, Its for everyone.!! Juveniles (under 8 to 12 age groups) might consider doing just one lap or at most one and a half.
HELP: More Volunteers needed - especially for ONE HOUR on Tuesday nights- no experience required. Coach training will be provided if needed. Contact any club coach or committee member. Volunteer when dropping off/collecting your child.
