CROSS -COUNTRY SEASON IS WITH US DAY 1 County Championships in Ballycurran Cross proved a "GOLDEN"outing for the club - See reports.
DAY 2 County Championships in Castlecomer at 11.00am Races for UNEVEN AGES Under 7, 9, 11 etc (undwr 8s run with u9s, under 10s run with u11s etc) also O/45 Men. Aim to be at the venue 30 minutes before your race.
MEMBERSHIP U8, 9, 10,&11 - Membership closed until Jan 2016. Intending members in these ages can have names entered on waiting list by texting Club Secretary, Colette FitzPatrick, 086 6028485 giving name and phone number and name and date of birth of child.
ALL OTHER intending members can join by contacting club officials or club coaches at any of the training sessions.
JUVENILES – ALL juveniles have training in THE CASTLE PARK on Saturday mornings from to
Juniors, Seniors and Vets Meet at Watershed every Wednesday in August at 8.00pm. The LONG RUN is back again in The Castle Park on Sunday mornings at 9.30am (Meet at the bench in the upper field). See "training page" for details.

KILKENNY PARKRUN - Register with KILKENNY PARKRUN and join the action in The Castle Park every Saturday morning at 9.30am for a 5K workout- It's free, You get your time, you make friends, you can do it in Dublin, Belfast, Central Park, New York etc. Just do it, Its for everyone.!! HELP: More Volunteers needed - especially for ONE HOUR on Tuesday nights- no experience required. Coach training will be provided if needed. Contact any club coach or committee member. Volunteer when dropping off/collecting your child.
