It was a special Valentines weekend for Shay McEvoy. Competing in the Tyson Invitational in Arkansas on Friday he had a PB when running the 3000m in 7.49.70. Then in less than 24 hours time he ran another sub 4 minute mile – 3.59.79.
Maebh Richardson was in action in the Husky Classic in Washington where she ran a PB of 15.29.27 for the 5000m.
Sister Grace Richardson was in Boston where she ran the 5000m in 16.14.
