Three brilliant achievements - two in Belfast and one in Belgium. In Belfast Cathal O'Reilly running in the British Milers event ran the mile. Finishing in 3.59.26 he becomes the second Kilkenny athlete to break that four minute barrier. He now joins clubmate Eoin Everard in that outstanding roll of honour.  The second achievement in Belfast was the PB of 2.08.92 for Pia Langton in the 800m Over in Nivelles, Belgium Molly Daly once again got below the 25 seconds when she clocked 24.88 for the 200m. Three cheers for three great achievements.
