Truth be told participants were more wet with sweat than with rain. There were many new PBs achieved as our pacers - Eoin Molloy, Brian Maher, Eoin Everard, Toss Hayes and Irene Henebry - did an excellent job of setting the pace and encouraging the runners. Our juveniles also did their stuff. One to watch for in time will be Hannah O'Brien who lit up the track with [...]

Aoibhe Richardson made her debut in the VHI Women's Mini Marathon with a fantastic win. With some 30,000 lining up at the start she took to the front and was a clear winner in 34.35. But that wasn't all. Aoibhe's mum, a participant on a number of previous occasions, was also on the road and completed the 10k in 40.23 which placed her third in the over 50 category. And there was more because Aoibhe's sister Grace was also in the race and finished in a highky commendable 41.32. When the dust settled it transpired that Team KCH/aka "Team Richardson" [...]
