We were back on the track again tonight for the third championship competition in six days. Once again KCH had good numbers in action and good results to booth. Our under 8s cleaned up in the 200 - first Eoin Gibbs,second Cian McIntyre, third Harry Healy. The under 10 girls did the same in the 300m - first Julia Daly, second Ellen Ryan and third Ella O'Flaherty. Darragh O'Callaghan and Daire O'Flaherty won their respective  under11 and 12 300s. Amelie Foley won junior 400 and john Maye took senior javelin. And there were many more success stories. For full results see [...]

Our U8s, 9s and 10s turned out in great numbers for the team competition had a most enjoyable night on the track. The fine weather helped. There were mighty performances by the athletes especially in the relays but it was our under 8s who really shone as they won the inter club team event. In keeping with rewarding effort all competitors were presented with medals.  

Congratulations to Matias Quaglia, St Kieran's college , Molly Daly and Ella Wall, both Loreto, on qualifying out of Leinster Schools for the nationals. Matias in Junior 100 and Long jump, Molly in 200m and Ella in High Jump. Best wishes in Nationals in Tullamore on 4th June.
