What a great event is The Streets of Kilkenny! The Entries were hardly open when it was sold out this year. Demand was such that spare numbers were in huge demand leading up to the event. Many thanks to all involved – Members of the organising committee, Volunteers on the night, our important sponsors (including Peugeot), the race entrants and of course all the supporters on the night.
Race Results
KCH had 135 runners in the race and in the Peugeot Race Series our team placed 2nd. Team members were 5th Brian Maher, Ruairi McEvoy, Callum Barron, Hannah Kehoe, Meghan McCarthy and Annie McEvoy.
Our junior boys were very much in evidence with Ruairi McEvoy (11th) first junior overall. Not far behind were Callum Barron (15th) and Kyrell Mtinsi (22nd). Our first junior girl home was Kate Kelly.
