Three areas of action this weekend

  1. Shay McEvoy was running in the Bryan Clay Invitational – running in the 10k he finished 15th in a fine time of 28.30.30.
  2. The Intervarsities in Cork had three club members competing. Hannah Kehoe, UCD, won gold in the 1500m (4.36.46). Paddy Kelly, SETU, was 9th in the 3000m steeplechase(10.32.11) setting a SETU record for the event. Ruairi McEvoy, DCU, was 4th in the 5000m (14.57.21).
  3. The Clancy’s were running the Vienna City Marathon. Aidan clocked 3.35.50 while Margaret finished in 3.54.17. Katie Mullan was on a climbing mission – covering 32.71Km with a climb of 1607m.
