Our two under 12 boys had a good competition at the nationals in a shower filled day in Tullamore.
Daniel McIntyre was 4th in the long jump (4.21) and Conor Lawerence Delaney was 7th in the high jump (1.25). Excellent results in a national event.
In the Pairs Under 9 girls were 15th in the long jump with a combined distance of 5.42m.
The under 10 boys – Cian McIntyre and Jonah Cleere – were 9th in their long jump with a combined distance of 7.14m.
The under 11pair of Winter rose molloy and Eddie Kemple were 8th in their 600m with a combined time of 3m 59secs.
KCH had two teams in todays national finals – u10 boys and u12 boys. The under 10s (Henry Trayer, Dara Walsh, C McIntyre and J Cleere) were 5th. The u12s (Aaron Tyrell, D McIntyre, C L Delaney, Daniel Quinn and Isaac Burns) were 12th.
