A small contingent travelled to the RSC Waterford today to take part in McDonald’s Open track and field, organised by Ferrybank AC.
Daniel Greene won the 700m under 14. Marcus Lyons was 2nd in 80m and Cian O’Sullivan was 8th.
In under 10’s Jonah Cleere was 3rd in 300m and won his heat of the 80m. Also competing under 10 were Lauren Millea, Mia Dowling and Holly Quinn.
The under 12’s who saw action were Danny Quinn, Issac burns and Joey Fahy.
The under 13’s had good returns for their day out – Ellen Ryan won the hurdles, Kate Kelly won the 700m and Casey Cleere came third in the 700m.
