The Schools track and field season kicked off today with the South Leinsters in Carlow. A number of KCH athletes were involved with their respective schools.
Loreto had – Ellen Daly 1-junior 200m; Blaithin Holden 2 – senior hurdles.
CBS had Robert Coogan 2 -junior 1500, Alex Cullen 1-senior 400mhurdles, Billy Coogan 1- senior steeplechase, Paddy Kelly 3-senior steeplechase.
St Kieran’s had Kyrell Mtinsi 2- junior 200 and 3-junior long jump.
Presentation had Sinead Cormack 2 -junior 1500 and 3- junior high jump, Clodagh O’Callaghan 1-mile under 16.
Colaise Pobail Osrai had Ruth Crowley 1- intermediate hurdles.
