KCH had a fine turnout for this years Waterford Greenway Half Marathon held today. The women were in particularly good shape with Roseanna Knox 1.32.22 and Lisa Collins 1.32.22 scoring first and second respectively in O/40. In addition Geraldine Grogan 1.44.16 won gold in O/55. In accordance with the rules these three were then ineligible to score for the team. But with Anita Byrne 1.33.09, Annemarie Shortall 1.44.56 and Laura Andrews 1.49.45 KCH took second team prize. Well done all.
There were PBs for David FitzGerald 1.24.33 and Trevor Spillane 1.30.08. Other runners in order of finish were – Rory Conlon, Gerald Fogarty, Andy Hanrahan, Tony Lauhoff, Seamus Kavanagh, Lorcan O’Toole, Michael Grogan, John Kearns, Matthew Warren, James Murphy, Aisling Gannon, Emma Staunton and Tomaz Jarzabek.
