The County Intermediate cross country was held today in very cold conditions hosted by St Joseph’s athletic club. Nuala FitzGibbon was in fine form and finishing in first place she was a major part of the KCH ladies team winning the bronze medals. Other team members were 7 Tara Brett, 12 Jill Kavanagh, and 13 Kate Millea. Despite the best efforts of the men’s team they had to settle for 4th place. Scorers were 8 David FitzGerald, 17 Trevor Spillane, 18 Stevie McNamee and 22 Ger Fogarty. Joanne O’Toole in the girls U9 was pur sole representative in the juvenile open races.
