The county 10k road championships, run in conjunction with the Pink Rock 10k, was held in Rosbercon today. KCH had Men’s and Women’s teams. The men took the gold medals. Scoring were Padraig Ruane 6, Eamon O’Connor 8, Trust Mtinsi 10 and Shea Roddy 19. For backup they had Mark O’Duffy, David Lawlor and John Murphy. The ladies won silver with Claire Dermody 3, Lisa Collins 6, Kate Sugrue 9 and Louise Coogan 10. Their backup runners were Eileen Morgan and Anne Marie Shortall. Well done all.
