Fine weather and a relaxed atmosphere combined to provide a very enjoyable evening of athletics at the County B’s track and field in Thomastown this evening. KCH had athletes competing in all ages from U8 to U15. Over seventy medals were won by these young athletes with star performances from first time competitor Under 12 athlete Aoibhe Arslan. Aoibhe won 80m, 800m and Long Jump. There were many double “Golds”including Cian McIntyre U8 (80m and 300m), Conor Lawerence U10 (300m and Turbo Javelin), Ella O’Flaherty U11 (80m and 300m), Ruadhan McGuinness U13 (80m and 800m)and Isabelle Galvin U15 (800m and Shot).
