The County Kilkenny Athletics Board held its annual awards night in Langton’s last night. KCH featured highly among the recipients. Five club members received County Star Awards:- Daniel Greene – Juvenile Cross Country; Adam Slawinski – Juvenile Track and field; Cathal O’Reilly – Senior Cross Country; Noah Gilmore – Junior Athlete and Claire Dermody shared the Road Award.
On medal winning cross country teams:- Kyrell Mtinsi, Robert Coogan (U15); Pia Langton, Clodagh O’Callaghan (U17); Billy Coogan, Myles Hewlett, Ruairi McEvoy (U20); Orla McPhillips, Claire Dermody, Caoilfhionn NiArgain (Intermediate Men); Peter Lynch, Eoin Everard, Cathal O’Reilly, Brian Maher, Ger Forde, Jamie Gahan (Senior Men).
Championship Best Performances:- Molly Daly, Billy Coogan, Pia Langton and the members of our girls 4×100 relay teams U13, U14, U15 and U16.
