These last few days have seen a lot of action on the roads around the country. KCH sampled three of these and turned in many great runs including a raft of PBs.
This was particularly evident at the Dunboyne 10K on Sunday where Callum Barron took first place in 31.58. Eamomn O’Connor scored a fine PB of 33.59. Other PBs came from Darragh Stone 39.03, Fergus Horan 39.12 and Tomaz Jarzabek 39.30.
At the Kilsheelin 10M on ST Patrick’s Day Rory Conlon had a PB of 1.06.58 while Matthew Warren finished in 1.16.14.
At the Mallow 10M on Sunday Aidan Clancy had a PB of 1.08.10. Other finishers there were Annemarie Shortall 1.18.21, Mags Clancy 1.18.51 and Ian Comferford 1.34.40.
