While many were out on Parade duty today others were out for a run. The annual Streets of Portlaoise attracted others – to run and to watch. Eoin Everard wore the KCH colours across the finish line in 14.36 to take first place. Ger Forde placed 7th in 14.54. Junior athlete Myles Hewitt clocked 15.53. Trust Mtinsi finished in 16.47 while O/50 athlete Paul Phelan finished in 19.51. Among the others Harriers involved were Paddy Walsh, Noel Sugrue, Brigid Rochford and Jacinta Mulroe.
