There was a fine turnout from the club for the now annual Gowran AC 4 Mile with 19 club members completing the run and some fine times also. Colm Smyth was the second runner across the finish line followed closely by Andrew Smyth and Paudie McCarthy in 4th and 5th respectively. Well done all.

In the county championship 4 mile, run in conjunction with the Gowran 4 mile the KCH men had 1st, 2nd and 3rd individuals (Colm, Andrew and Paudie) and 1st and 3rd teams. The ladies, it is suspected, lost out on 2nd team for want of club singlets!!!!
