A capacity crowd turned out for the club’s annual awards presentation which was held in The Pembroke Hotel. 2024 proved a very successful year for the club with some ninety athletes presented with awards. Club Chairman, Nicholas Dunphy, welcomed all to the ceremony and thanked the athletes for their dedication and achievements during the past year. He thanked all the coaches, managers, club officers and the parents for their ongoing support of the athletes.
The citations were delivered by Sean Lynch while Club Registrar, May Hutt, assisted the chairman with the presentation. During the ceremony Club PRO, Jane Wickham, showed a photographic video presentation of athletes in action during the year.
The event concluded with refreshments supplied by the hotel.
