2021 was an exceptional year for many and for one in particular, Cathal O’Reilly. With the early part of the year lost to Covid Cathal made amends with some brilliant performances on the track and in cross country culminating with selection for the Irish U20 team competing in the Europeans in Abbotstown in December. His achievements have now been recognised with the December KCLR & Daid Buggy Motors Kilkenny Sport Star Award.
