Noah Gilmore achieved one of his target’s for 2023 – to do the Decathlon. And he did it in style to claim gold in the Junior event with a points total of 5270. His achievements in the various events were as follows:- 100m (11.18), 110 hurdles (17.18), 400m (52.95), 1500m (4.55.81), Discus (25.05), Pole Vault (2.70), Javelin (37.58), Long jump (6.14), high jump (1.65) and shot (8.45).
