Our u9s and 10s were in action at theco Championships in Scanlon Park this evening. And looking at the results it suggests the future of the club is safe. The under 9 girls – Julia Daly, Kate Kelly and Ella O’Flaherty – made it one, two and three in the 300m final. Then in the boys under 10 there was a gold, silver and bronze repeat with Jonathan Akhomonen, Darragh O’Callaghan and Charlie Kavanagh in the 60m sprint. And that wasn’t all – We may be going to have throwers – Cian McGinly and Darragh Browne taking silver in their respective Turbo Javelin events.
