The inaugural Cois Nore 5k fun run was held over the Parkrun course in the Castle Park this morning. KCH supported this event which is expected to become an annual fundraiser for the cancer suupport organisation, Cois Nore. In future years the run will be held on St Brigid’s day – the first Monday in February. KCH finishers today included Ella Richardson (2nd overall), Noel Sugrue, Sean O’Hargain, Andrew Smith, Paul Earley, Anne Marie Brennan.
