Marathons were the order of the day today. Some thirty or so KCH athletes were in action covering some 1200Km with most of the distance being done in Dublin but three travelled to Germany and two to Portugal. There were many PBs. Roseanna Knox knocked four minutes of her previous best time. It was debut time for Aoife Nolan running her first. There were many excellent times leading to happy if tired homecoming.
