Some great performances by athletes under KCH colours in today’s festival of races around Kilkenny. This was particularly obvious in the half marathon with Graham Bourne and Paul Moran scoring second and third respectivel. Their respective times were 1.21.39 and 1.22.48. Andrew Smith was 5th in 1.24.08 and Diarmuid Cullen 8th in 1.26.27. Other finishers were Oisin O Cinneide, Jan Hazenberg and Breegen Murphy. In the 10K Gretta Beckett finished in 53.49, Martin Dowling 55.08 and Bridget Rochford in 1.01.45. Jackie Varley did the 30K in 3.28.39.
